StellarAlgo partnered with Jeff B Photography to create a consistent set of professional team headshots for nearly 40 employees at their Calgary office. Rather than asking staff to travel to a studio, I brought a complete mobile photography studio on-site and transformed their boardroom, aptly named Yankee Stadium, into a professional portrait space. Before photo day, I created a custom online booking system that allowed each employee to choose their preferred appointment time while automatically sending reminders, making the entire process simple for both the team and event organizers.

Throughout the day, employees arrived according to their scheduled sessions, allowing the photography to run efficiently with minimal disruption to the workday. Every person received individual coaching on posing, posture, and expression to create natural, approachable, and confident portraits. Images were captured tethered directly to a laptop, where my assistant reviewed every photograph as it came in, ensuring consistency, sharpness, and attention to detail before each team member left the studio.

 

The result was a polished collection of professional corporate headshots that reflected StellarAlgo's brand while giving every employee an updated image for LinkedIn, Microsoft Teams, the company website, internal communications, and marketing materials. Combining an on-location mobile studio, a custom booking system, and real-time image review made it possible to photograph nearly 40 people in a single day while delivering a seamless experience for both employees and the leadership team.
