StellarAlgo ProBowl

The annual StellarAlgo ProBowl brings together employees from across North America for a full day of learning, collaboration, and celebration in Calgary. Held the day after the company's on-site headshot sessions, the 2025 event took place at the Inn on Officers' Garden in Currie Barracks and featured keynote presentations, team activities, networking, and evening celebrations. Jeff B Photography was brought in to document the event with comprehensive corporate event photography that captured both the professional and personal moments throughout the day.

To ensure the venue looked its best, I brought in a second photographer and used four studio strobes to carefully light the venue's bright white event space. This lighting setup produced clean, consistent images with accurate colour and flattering light throughout the room, allowing most photographs to be delivered nearly perfect straight out of the camera. With two photographers covering the event, we documented keynote presentations, audience reactions, candid conversations, sponsor details, team interactions, and the energy that made the ProBowl such a memorable experience.

The conference featured guest speakers from leading organizations who shared valuable insights into artificial intelligence, data analytics, and sports marketing, providing attendees with practical ideas they could bring back to their own work. The final gallery gave StellarAlgo a versatile collection of professional event photography for internal communications, recruitment, social media, future marketing, and celebrating another successful company gathering in Calgary.
