A wrap on porchraits

From April through June, I had the privilege of visiting and photographing 270 amazing families in Calgary, Airdrie, Okotoks, Chestermere and Cochrane (all while maintaining social distancing)! 

Like so many others in Canada, COVID-19, and the subsequent shutdown, made a big impact on my business. I’m a commercial photographer, which means I work primarily with other businesses to help them advertise, promote themselves, and show off their teams, products and services. That all came to a screeching halt mid-March. Shoots were all canceled or delayed. Mid-April I was able to pivot my business and jump on a trend that allowed me continue to support my family while building my network.

I wasn’t expecting porchraits to be as busy as they were, or to have as much fun as I did. I was blown away in every regard. So today I wanted to say THANK YOU to everyone who invited me into your front yards!
